*CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  * Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream
  * Minimum 1 year of prior BPO/ Call Centre experience
  * Freshers who have completed graduation may also apply
  * Excellent written and oral communication
  * Must possess a neutral accent with no regional language influence
  * Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  * Should be willing to work in shifts

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  * Call Handling (Inbound & outbound)
  * Understand customer queries/ requests and act accordingly
  * Keep abreast with product knowledge, policies and procedures
  * To perform reservation functions: ticketing, re-booking,
    cancellations and refunds
  * Adherence to Company standards
