Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) invites applications from Male and Female Indian citizens who are ordinarily resident in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Kerala for filling up the vacancies of Constables (Trade & Technical) in CRPF. State-wise vacancies released/notified are as under:

 

Job Post: Constable (Technical & Trade)
Total Post: 819 Post (Andhra Pradesh = 199 Posts, Maharashtra = 184 Posts, Tamil Nadu = 165, Karnataka = 115 Posts, Gujarat  = 95 posts, Kerala = 61 Posts )
Pay Scale : Rs.5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs.2000/-

Age: 18 to 23 years as on 01.08.2012. However the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.

 

Application Fee: Rs.50/- for GEN/OBC male candidates (NO fee for SC/ST) – IPO/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque drawn in favor of the Deputy Inspector General of Police of concerned application receiving center.
Qualification: Candidate must have passed Matriculation or equivalent. With regard to Technical qualification - for Constable Fitter candidates must have passed Motor Vehicle Fitter Course (Automobiles) / Motor Mechanic Course from ITI or any recognized institute with one year of experience. For CT (Driver) they should have valid driving licence. For other posts working knowledge in respective trades is required.
Physical Standard:  Height: Male - 170 cms; Female - 157 cms, Chest (Male Only) - Un-expanded 80 cms (with 5cms minimum expansion), Weight - Should be proportionate to the height and age.

The filled in application form affixed with passport size photograph along with two self addressed envelopes and DD has to be sent to the respective State Authorities for which the address is mentioned below and it should reach the concerned office on or before 26th November 2012 which is the last date fo CRPF constable vacancies 2012.
