recently for the recruitment of 12,959 vacancies for the post of Direct Sales Executive.

Who is eligible?
The eligibility criteria are based on age, qualification and computer skills. The age must be between 21 to 35 years .For the reserved category it is maximum 40 years and for OBC it is 38 years. The candidate must have done their graduation from any recognized university. The candidates who have majors in marketing will be given preference. Besides this the candidate must good proficiency in both Hindi and English language and have knowledge of computers. The monthly remuneration will be fixed on the basis of the executive’s performance.Selection process
The selection will be made on the basis of a written exam followed by an interview. The intimation of date and the venue for exam will be announced later. The test will consist reasoning, numerical aptitude, general knowledge and sales aptitude. The application fee for the general candidates is Rs.100 and has to be submitted in any of the LIC branch in the account number 1143034 and against which a receipt can be obtained which will contain the payment details.
