This position is responsible for developing the staffing opportunities and full range of IT Staffing solutions.
1) Interact with clients, preferred vendors and business partners through E-mails & conference calls to generate business and resolve operational Aspects.

Penetrate target accounts and gain access to appropriate decision-makers through consultative and solutions based selling approach.
Maintain an appropriate incremental opportunity pipeline to achieve sales goals.
Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote RAMY and its services.
Contribute new ideas for achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational and time-management skills.
Must be a self motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management
