Non-Teaching Posts of Bodoland
University.
Controller of Examination/ Director, College &
University Dev. Council/ Academic Registrar
i) A Doctorate Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade of B in the seven point scale at Master Degree Level.
ii) At least 15 years experience as Assistant Professor senior scale/8 years experience as Associate Professor Grade along with experience in Educational Administration
OR Comparable experience in a research establishment and/ or other institutions of Higher Education. OR 15 years as administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Director, Students’ Welfare
The minimum qualification
for the post shall be a Master Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its
equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale along with the following:
i) A Doctorate Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade of B in the seven point scale at Master Degree Level.
ii) At least 15 years experience as Assistant Professor senior scale/8 years experience as Associate Professor Grade along with experience in Educational Administration
OR Comparable experience in a research establishment and/ or other institutions of Higher Education.
iii) Adequate experience of organizing sports, games, drama and other students’ welfare activities.
Desirable – Evidence of Leadership and capacity in organizing teaching and students’ activities.
Finance Officer
i) Master Degree with Commerce or Business Administration (Finance) with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade B in UGC seven point scale or comparable equivalent degree in relevant area.
ii) At lease 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor senior scale/8 years in Associate Professor in AGP – Rs. 9,000 along with experience educational institution.
OR Comparable experience in a research establishment and or other institutions of Higher Education. OR 15 years as administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Finance Officer in Grade Pay – Rs. 7,600 or above or an equivalent post with experience in Finance & Accounts OR A qualified CA or ICWA/ SAS with at least 15 years of working experience in the relevant field of activities.
Desirable Qualification –
i) Working experience of budgeting & financial accounting, etc. in autonomous bodies/ university will be prepared.
ii) Good working knowledge of rules and regulations of universities, R & D institution relating to accounts/ audit, service conditions and related financial matter.
Dy. Registrar (Adm. & Academic)/ Dy. Controller
of Exam. / Dy. Finance Officer.
Good Academic record with at
least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade of B in the seven point scale at Master
Degree Level along with –
i) Nine years experience as Asstt. Professor in AGP – Rs. 6,000 and above with experience in educational administration, or
ii) Comparable experience in a research establishment and/ or other institutions of Higher Education, or
iii) Five years administrative experience as Asstt. Registrar or in an equivalent post.

University Engineer –
Civil BE/B Tech in Civil
Engineering and certificate of basic computer knowledge from a recognized
institute. Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience : (Preferably
Structural Engineer) BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering (preferably Structural
Engg) with at least 10 years of experience in planning, designing system and
construction of building, road, sanitary and water supply system including their
maintenance in a government/ semi government/ university/ international
organization. Ability to prepare/ analysis DPR and project management/ control
skill. Candidate must also have strong interpersonal skill and exceptional
writing.
Secy. to Vice-Chancellor: Steno Grade 2.
Graduate with 120 WPM in
English or 100 WPM in Indian Language with requisite service experience in
educational organization or in Govt. office.
Secy. to Registrar: Steno Grade 2.
Graduate with 120 WPM in
English or 100 WPM in Indian Language with requisite service experience in
educational organization or in Govt. office.
Secretary: Steno Grade 2.
Graduate with 120 WPM in
English or 100 WPM in Indian Language with requisite service experience in
educational organization or in Govt. office.
System Administrator:
1st Class B.E/ B -Tech in
Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or
equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in educational organization
or in Govt. office.
Senior Medical Officer:
MD/ MBBS Degree registered
by IMC with at least 10 years regular service.
Medical Officer: MD/ MBBS
Degree registered by IMC.
Junior Engineer:
3 Years Diploma in
Electrical Engineering from a organized institute/ university/ Board with at
least 3 years working experience in planning, execution and maintenance of
electrical engineering works.
Pharmacist:
10 + 2 with Science Stream
Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
2. Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act. 1948.
2. Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act. 1948.
Nurse:
3 Years GNM Diploma from
Govt. recognized training Institute.
Library Professional Assistant:
B. Lib. Sc. with at least 5
years experience in the post of Library Assistant with Computer knowledge.
Library Assistant:
B. Lib. Sc. with computer
knowledge.
