WBPSC Recruitment 2013 Details

The West Bengal Public Service Commission has published the notice for recruitment of the Inspector of Legal Metrology, under Consumer Affairs Department in West Bengal General Service. The numbers of vacancies available for this post are 39 which are distributed according to different categories of candidates.
The candidate must have to strictly follow the instructions given by the company while applying for the post.
  

Eligibility Criteria for WBPSC Recruitment 2013

The candidates who are being interested to apply for the post must be eligible as per the following criteria:

Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be in between 19 to 32 years and it must not be more than 32 years as on 01-01-2012.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have the following educational qualifications:

• Graduation degree from a recognized university in science with physics as a compulsory subject, technology and engineering.
• Diploma Degree in field of Metrology from a recognized University.
• The candidate must be able to read and write the regional languages of West Bengal i.e. Bengali and Nepali.

Selection Criteria

The recruitment of candidates will be done on the basis of pre-exam, screening test and interviews. The interested and eligible candidates should have to clear the exam first and after clearing the exam, they will be called for the interview and screening test. The selection for the relevant post will be finalized as per the performance of the candidate in the interview.

Fee Structure for the Application Form

For general and OBC category candidates the application form fee is Rs. 160 and for other SC, ST, WB state and PH category candidates, no any feeo is required.
